Addison Park & Siena HOA

The homeowners of Nocatee's Addison Park and Siena at Town Center communities share a single contract for Home Owners Association services.  This HOA is a business and is filed legally with SunBiz in the state of Florida and taxed accordingly.  Our unity is reflected here, in our website, which complies with Florida Statutes and is intended to be a resource for homeowners to view and download all pertinent homeowner information, find news and discuss issues about our community; additionally, we are united on our social media Facebook page, and, our homepage of the application, Nextdoor.  

Our Board members, both Directors and Officers, along with our community committees, such as Architecture and Social, consists of our neighbors and homeowners who serve on behalf of all of us.  We are two distinct neighborhoods managed and maintained legally by a single HOA. Countless personal hours are spent by these volunteers ensuring that communication flows flawlessly and that bylaws, both Florida and St Johns County statutes and our internal convenances, rules and regulations are followed.  Our greatest investment is our homes and protecting that investment and keeping value benefits each and every one of us.
